Semester Grades
Semester grades are calculated using the following formula:
[2(1st quarter percentage + 2nd quarter percentage) + final exam percentage] / 5 = semester grade
Grade Point Average
A student's career grade point average is calculated by dividing total quality points by total weight for 9th - 12th grade courses taken at Gabriel Richard. Each semester grade carries a weight of 0.5 and earns 0.5 credits for a passing grade.
